Flying Fish will conclude service at The Star on Saturday 11 April 2026.

For more than two decades, Flying Fish has been a proud part of Sydney’s dining landscape. Over the past eight years, it has operated as a hospitality partner of The Star, earning a reputation for exceptional seafood, warm service and memorable dining experiences.

We are immensely proud of what has been built and deeply grateful for The Star’s partnership and support over this period, as well as the continued support of our guests, our team and the wider community.

To everyone who has dined with us, celebrated with us, or worked alongside us, thank you. As this chapter comes to a close, Flying Fish looks forward to the next chapter. Stay tuned for what’s next.
