Alpha × Taittinger: An Evening of Champagne & Modern Greek Dining

For one night, Alpha hands the cellar over to Taittinger – one of the last family-owned Houses in Champagne, run by the same family in Reims for four generations. Five champagnes, poured through the night, paired with a seasonal menu grounded in local, Australian-sourced produce and Alpha’s own modern Greek cooking.
Be welcomed on arrival with canapés and Brut Réserve, before moving into a seated three-course dinner. To close, a surprise pour of 2014 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs – Taittinger’s flagship expression – on the house.
